I can only suggest you use Microsoft photo editor
to zoom in on the exhaust. Basically, I cut the
slip on 4 ways at the end so it would clamp, and
I wrapped shim stock on the header hidden by the
slip on stock Dyna Davidson pipe with baffle removed.
Then I used a muffler clamp, and heat shield. It
looks clean w/o the shield, but I like it. I sealed
it up with Ultra Black silicone gasket maker which
works great. There is a billet bracket hidden
which I made and bolted to the frame where the old
charcoal box used to be bolted and bolted the muffler
to it for support and to keep it away from brake
line and rear tire. That's about it. Yes I'm
running that single mirror. My old 1976 XS 750 had
no mirrors and to tell the truth that little mirror
is almost useless!!
